We accept order cancellation as below situations:
1/If you change your decision or the product is not useful to you before sending it out.
2/Before the product is shipped out or arrived.

We accept returns or changes of products as below situations:1/ Arrived package or product is damaged that can't use for baby(Please attach photos).
2/It has quality defects or problems when you receive the product and found(Please attach photos).
3/Baby can not properly use products including teethers/toys etc, that you can return and change another one for free. (Please contact us within 7 days from you received products)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. No restocking fee is to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
We refund as below situations:1/ Arrived package or product is damaged that can't use for baby(Please attach photos).
2/It has quality defects or problems when you receive the product and found(Please attach photos).
3/Baby can not properly use products including teethers/toys etc, that you can return and change another one for free.
4/The duration of delivery to your address from placing the order should be within 30 days. If the delivery is delayed 7 days and more, we will refund, and no need to return of received products.
5/Refund steps:
A-contact us by email with the description of your detailed problem> B-we dispose of your order and refund if your problems are of 1/2/3/4/ situations listed above(Refund will be received within 2 days since you send email).
To ensure protect the benefit and interest of every parent and baby, we promise that you can receive the refund within 2 days from the time you apply for refunds and send an email.
If you haven’t received a refund after 2 days from the claim by email, please follow the steps:1/Check if you've received the refund notification email from Mombella
1)If you do not, please check if it's correct of the receiving email address which you fill on the mombella page.
2/Check your bank account again.
3/Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at alan@mombella.com.
